Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing likcut. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@likcut.com, and we're here to assist you.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order and request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of payment, or the request will be declined.

Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Delivery Issues
  1. Delayed shipment: If your order hasn't been shipped within 2 working days (seller's local time) without notice, please email us. We'll address it per the indemnity clause for delayed delivery.
  2. Non-updated shipping information: If logistics information isn't updated 15 days after receiving the tracking number, email us promptly. We'll compensate you with 10% of the order amount and ensure delivery.
  3. Lost package by carrier: If your package shows signed but not received, email us with relevant information for investigation. Reshipping decisions will be based on the investigation results.
Product Concerns

Email us within 7 days of delivery for:

  1. Wrong products: We'll refund or reship correct items upon return of wrong products.
  2. Damaged products: Full refund or reshipment of new products upon return of damaged items.
  3. Lost products: Full refund or reshipment for lost products.
  4. Blemished products: Compensation or replacement based on the situation.
  5. Lost accessories: Reshipment of missing accessories or replacement of the entire machine based on the situation.
Quality Issues
  1. Email us during the warranty period for non-artificial quality problems. We'll compensate or repair according to the situation. Failures due to improper use, maintenance, or storage by customers are not covered.
  2. Refer to the warranty terms on likcut's official website for machine warranty details.

Warranty Service

The Warranty period for your likcut machine is one year from the date of purchase.

Machine Maintenance

In the event of malfunction within the Warranty period:

  1. For regular use malfunction diagnosed as a poor product, we will exchange it with a new original or functionally equivalent machine.
  2. For functionally or component damaged machines, we will provide free repairs using new original or functionally equivalent parts.
  3. If the machine is diagnosed as functionally normal, the refund/return request will be rejected.
  4. Free maintenance is guaranteed within one year of purchase for likcut machines and three months for accessories.
Attention
  1. Use original or equivalent protective packaging for returning machines.
  2. Provide the Warranty card and purchasing invoice for Warranty service.
  3. Defaced Warranty cards or invoices are considered invalid.
  4. Carefully reserve the Warranty card and invoice.
This Warranty does not cover
  1. Malfunctions due to improper use, maintenance, or storage by consumers.
  2. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized self-repair or dismantling.
  3. Continued use of products post-repair after the Warranty expires.
  4. Damage caused by force majeure.
  5. Products without a Warranty card or purchasing invoice.
  6. likcut disclaims implied and legal warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasting for the duration of this Warranty.
Post-Warranty
  1. If your likcut auto heat press malfunctions after the Warranty period, contact our customer service at support@likcut.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
  2. Contact Customer Service Provide your order number and malfunctioning videos/images. After verifying the purchase date and cause, we'll offer services based on the official warranty terms.
Post-Warranty Machine Repair
  1. Send the machine to the designated repair center.
  2. Receive a repair quotation, prepay, and complete repairs within 1 month.
  3. If the machine is irreparable, receive a refund after deduction of inspection and return shipping fees.
Purchase of A New Machine

If the machine is irreparable, contact customer service for a discount code on the same or a similar model.

Post-Warranty This Warranty Does Not Cover:
  1. Machines from unauthorized likcut sources.
  2. Malfunctions due to improper use, maintenance, or storage.
  3. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized self-repair or dismantling.
  4. Faults in consumables (software, heat press mat, Teflon sheet, etc.).
  5. Damage caused by force majeure.
Post-Warranty attention:
  1. Customers bear round-trip shipping costs for repairs.
  2. Replaced accessories have a 1-month warranty; other components receive no warranty service.
